We look forward to providing you with the most modern dental care available in a caring and soothing environment. Our staff can provide you with complete general dental services ranging from preventative care to the latest in cosmetic and implant dentistry. We pride ourselves in our constant pursuit of continuing education. We utilize this education to provide the most current information and techniques to our patients.
Appointments
For your convenience the office will be open for dental services during the following hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and some Friday mornings. Appointments can be made daily 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 904-264-6700. This time is especially RESERVED for you according to the doctor’s recommendations. We value your time and work diligently to respect your schedule.
Preventative Care
Good dental health requires constant attention. We urge you to do your share by brushing and flossing daily and visiting our office at the recommended intervals for routine preventative care. You will receive a postcard as a reminder to call and schedule your recall appointment, or a reminder card of your prescheduled appointment.
Fees & Payment
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care, by controlling administrative costs. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience all major credit cards are accepted.
Dental Benefit Plan
As a service to you, our office will submit charges to your Dental Benefit Plan Company, however we do consider the patient primarily responsible for the account. When payment of insurance plans is assigned to us, the patient portion of the fee is due at the time of service, including any deductible amount.
